Information you choose to share

The inquiry form prepares a message with your service interest and optional name, preferred month and departure country or region. The draft stays in the current page until you choose to open WhatsApp or email, where you review and send it yourself. It is not submitted to a booking database or saved in browser storage.

You can edit the draft and copy it to your device’s clipboard. Opening a WhatsApp or email draft passes the message to that external service or app; it does not mean the recipient has received it. You need to send the message there yourself. If you copy a draft, you control where you paste it.

MedicalTourism uses information you send to respond and coordinate the next steps. For an initial inquiry, do not include passport numbers, identity numbers or detailed medical records. If documents are needed later, confirm the recipient, purpose and transfer channel with the healthcare team first.

Communication and coordination

We use your information to discuss your request and, where you ask us to help arrange care, coordinate with the relevant healthcare team. Before sharing health documents for coordination, confirm which provider will receive them and what is necessary for your request. Healthcare providers manage the information they collect for medical care under their own policies.

Website preferences and external services

The website remembers your selected language in your browser. If optional analytics is configured, it requires your consent; choosing not to allow it does not prevent inquiries. Inquiry message contents are not sent as analytics events.

WhatsApp and email are external communication services with their own privacy practices. Opening these services may process information outside your country. Review their policies before sharing sensitive information.

Questions about your information

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared with MedicalTourism, or to withdraw a coordination request. We may need to verify the request and explain any information that must be retained.
